The job applications given are generally similar and contain the same elements of discussion, but are made to contain the candidate’s date of birth. Some prospective employees have a Virgo zodiac, some have a Leo zodiac. As it turns out, recruiters prefer to hire people with the zodiac sign Leo rather than Virgo.

This makes the recruiter have certain preferences in recruiting employees, namely choosing those who have the zodiac Capricorn, Libra, and Pisces.
